The objective of this development is to position it as one of the most exceptional and representative office spaces in the region, not only in user satisfaction but also in its commitment to sustainability. To enhance internal connections, we designed spaces that combine a high level of natural light with vegetation, flexible spaces, varied plants to encourage creativity and participation, volumes that are cut out to create terraces fostering a sense of community, buildings that blend and merge with the land, similar to spontaneously growing villages. This approach promotes internal and external movement, visual connections between different buildings that make us thrive.
Just as each building in the Pilar Business Park functions with its own community, all buildings will function as a larger, interconnected community. Instead of creating a barrier with buildings following the boundary of the land, we integrate them into the plot, generating different entry situations and inviting the public to explore and experience the site, thus using it throughout the entire workday and during rest periods. The exterior spaces generated will be rich in vegetation and pedestrian walkways with rest areas accessible to the entire community. The buildings are specifically spaced to improve air and light conditions. Patios have been introduced in the building floors to improve air and natural light conditions.
The exterior spaces invite you to always find a place to relax, exchange thoughts, and have casual encounters in a climate of harmony and aesthetic synthesis. Green expansions connect the interior with the exterior and make the workday more pleasant. Large glass surfaces allow a direct connection with the exterior vegetation. The patio allows better lighting and ventilation of the interior of the offices. We create a harmonious work environment.
